While this role is one of the group of project coordinators, it is expected that you will work closely with the digital and information team within Te Au Reka.We are looking for someone who has a passion for quality delivery and attention to detail, to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will help support the scoping of programme workstream deliverables, planning, reporting and logistics. You will be involved with the day-to-day management of programme workstream registers, schedules, progress tracking, budgeting and reports. Your focus will be on achieving excellence in project coordination and best practice procedures and processes, to ensure agreed outputs are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard.To be successful in this position you will have:Experience as a project coordinator in a formal project environment with multiple workstreamsDemonstrated competence in reporting, including month-end and financial reportingHigh level of attention to detail and experience with drafting and reviewing documentationStrong interpersonal and relationship management skillsAn understanding of the machinery of government (including Ministers offices, ministerial and government processes)A willingness to be a team player, and to contribute as necessary to deliver programme outcomes of a high standardExperience supporting Digital projects is advantageousNo candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
