The ideal candidate will be the central point of contact for their customers, where the role entails a blend of project delivery and customer success, providing a platform for growth and development. What you'll do: Lead the implementation and delivery of software and hardware solutions Work closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Assess and manage relative project risks and issues Act as the liaison between internal teams and customers to facilitate smooth project execution Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for product improvement based on customer feedback What you'll bring: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Coordination Experience with project management tools and CRM software Experience in project coordination or management (preferably in a technical environment) Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationships Exceptional problem-solving skills with an ability to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly Ability to promote product value effectively ensuring customer satisfaction and retention What's next: Ready for a new challenge?
