The Role:
The  Project Coordinator  role is responsible for organising and managing various parts of the project to ensure its success. This includes assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communicating, as well as creating reports and updates for the Project Managers and other members of the team.
Your Responsibilities:
Administration for the project team
Preparing, sending and the administration for the tenders and quotes
Assisting in the maintenance of project schedules/program Ie: tracking NTC/NTE, variations, sub-contractor agreements
Maintain and updating Quality Assurance documents and ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.
Project start-ups i.e.: creating project folders, issuing foreman packs, including plans and JSEA, JSA for each project.
Participating in project meetings
Processing and approving purchase orders, daily and ensuring all purchases orders are received and processed.
Assist in organizing monthly Civil toolbox talk for the civil team.
Assisting with Timesheets approvals.
Assisting with project financial forecasting and tracking including updating civil weekly reports
Promoting cooperation and commitment within the team to achieve goals and deliverables
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all project partners and stakeholders
Ensuring all health and safety and construction standards and schedules are in accordance with Lattey Group principles
The Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry and will also have the following skills:
Be able to work unsupervised and have a good solid work ethic.
Capable of working in a changing environment.
Fluent in English and able to communicate well with others.
Familiar with civil construction machinery would be advantage.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
