Being on time, keeping things tidy, and supporting our community are key values reflected throughout the company.The Role:The Project Coordinator role is responsible for organising and managing various parts of the project to ensure its success.
This includes assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communicating, as well as creating reports and updates for the Project Managers and other members of the team.Your Responsibilities:Administration for the project teamPreparing, sending, and administering tenders and quotesAssisting in the maintenance of project schedules/program, i.e., tracking NTC/NTE, variations, sub-contractor agreementsMaintaining and updating Quality Assurance documents and ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.Project start-ups, i.e., creating project folders, issuing foreman packs, including plans and JSEA, JSA for each project.Participating in project meetingsProcessing and approving purchase orders and ensuring all purchase orders are received and processed.Assisting in organizing monthly Civil toolbox talks for the civil team.Assisting with timesheet approvals.Assisting with project financial forecasting and tracking, including updating civil weekly reportsPromoting cooperation and commitment within the team to achieve goals and deliverablesEstablishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all project partners and stakeholdersEnsuring all health and safety and construction standards and schedules are in accordance with Lattey Group principlesThe Requirements:The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry and will also have the following skills:Be able to work unsupervised and have a good solid work ethic.Capable of working in a changing environment.Fluent in English and able to communicate well with others.Familiarity with civil construction machinery would be an advantage.Excellent organisational and planning skills.What can we do for you?Subsidised Health Insurance.Access to Boost benefits that have a range of discounts available.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A supportive and inclusive work environment.If this sounds like you, please click on Apply Now!
