We make sure we do the right projects, and those projects are done right.Te mahi/The roleWe're looking for someone ready to dive in and support Project and Programme Managers on a key project in the University's largest division, Health Sciences.You'll help with documentation, keep reporting on track, and bring people along for the journey.With your ability to quickly get up to speed and dive deep into project materials, you'll play a vital role in the success of project workstreams.We're looking for someone independent and proactive, who spots gaps and takes action.You're not the type to sit around waiting for tasks to come your way.Our ideal candidate:Has strong writing skills and can effectively draft communications for review.Applies their skills obtained from administrative, event planning or office management roles.Demonstrates excellent planning, organisational, and multitasking abilities.Has the ability to focus on the details while keeping the bigger picture in mind.Easily builds connections with a range of stakeholders and works well within a team.While not essential, experience supporting a project or exposure to a project environment would be an advantage.This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), fixed term position until January 2026, located in Dunedin.The appointments range for this role is $65,281 - $69,648.
