Opportunity for a Project Coordinator who will provide essential support across various projects within a leading engineering firm located in central Christchurch.This role will require you to work closely with project teams where you will ensure that administrative and operational tasks are well-organised and project goals are achieved, on time and within scope.
You will be pivotal in supporting with project documentation, coordinating deliverables, and providing financial support.This is a permanent full-time position.You will have a variety of tasks that will see you:Assist and support technical teams with all administration relating to client and project deliveryProduce and finalise project-related documents including reports, specifications, letters, schedules and proposalsPrepare monthly billing/invoicing and time and cost reportingUpload and maintain electronic files within client management softwareAssist the team with diary management and meeting coordinationAttend and record key action points/minutes at meetingsAssist with the building consent application process into CouncilWork alongside the wider administration team to assist with the smooth running of the officeAction any phone enquiries, emails and as needed greet clients/visitors to the officeProvide back-up support across other duties such as coordinating catering, fleet management and ordering of office suppliesAbout you:Required:You have a consistent and process-oriented working style and you are someone who is happy rolling up your sleeves to pitch in wherever required.
