Project Coordinator

A national government organisation is seeking an experienced contract Project Coordinator to assist with an IT system/equipment roll out in Christchurch until the end of February 2025.
To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent people, planning and time management skills, particularly in high pressure environments.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be required to be the 'people person' on site.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating equipment collection points, organising stakeholder groups, and collaborating with technical floor walkers to ensure that staff members are properly set up and assisted with any technical issues they may encounter.Key RequirementsThe position requires strong time management skills and prior experience in assisting or leading IT/systems roll outs and equipment roll outs.
It also calls for expertise in prioritisation when collaborating with stakeholder groups.
