Position Overview:As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the pre-construction phase for our residential projects. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, local Council, and the internal team to ensure projects are scoped, quoted, and set up for success. This role requires strong organisational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Client and Stakeholder Engagement:Assist in reviewing and negotiating with prospective clients and stakeholders.Provide support in meeting customer requirements and liaise with them for meetings and relevant information.Respond to and manage any enquiries and issues concerning ongoing projects.Project Coordination:Liaise with the director, subcontractors, and homeowners to ensure the scoping and quoting delivery timeline standards are met.Overseeing consent process/lodgement, liaising with Council for Consents, Services and Developments.Drafting and Creating Master Build Contract Agreements and Guarantee Applications.Oversee the scoping and quoting progress, ensuring all stakeholders are up to date with the estimated project delivery timeline.Monitor the scoping and quoting progress and address potential issues and outcomes.Documentation and Administration:Prepare and manage paperwork, official documentation, and files concerning company projects and services.Maintain accurate records and ensure all project-related documents are up-to-date and accessible.Qualifications and Skills:Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.Some knowledge of construction, office administration, and general customer service.Experience in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred.Why Join McBride Construction?Be part of a supportive and friendly team environment.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.Contribute to exciting residential construction projects.If you feel you could add value to our team and have relevant experience in a similar role, we would love to hear from you.
