This role supports the delivery of capital and operational projects across Opotiki District Council.The Project Co-ordinator will work closely with the Programme Manager and Project Managers to provide coordination, reporting, and contract administration support, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with Council standards and contracts.
A key focus of this role will be the creation, development, and implementation of ODC project documentation template suite, including project charters, management plans, close-out reports, and other essential templates to standardise project practices.The role offers a unique opportunity to shape and improve how the Council delivers projects.
