ResponsibilitiesYou'll be responsible for the coordination and administration of capital works projects and supporting the project team and their work within the region.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Creating and maintaining project records and financial codes in Sentient and SAPDeveloping and compiling project delivery and management reporting for our local boardsTracking progress of the project delivery through Sentient and against the project management frameworkCoordinating the project completion documentation processQualificationsWith strong time management skills, you'll be technically-minded and systems savvy, and a confident user of Excel.
Ideally, you'll have a minimum of three years of experience in project coordination, and have previous experience in Sentient and SAP.
With exceptional communication skills and an outstanding customer service ethic, you'll be a natural at building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
You'll be able to juggle competing priorities, thrive under pressure, and be comfortable working in a diverse team environment.
