Project Coordinator

Job Duties: Facilitating negotiation, development, and review of contracts, programs, projects, and services. Addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to contracts, programs, projects, and services, as well as stakeholders affected. Managing documentation pertinent to contracts, programs, projects, and services. Collaborating with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved. Providing counsel to senior management on critical matters and executing their directives. Supervising contractor activities and reporting any deviations from work orders. Compiling and scrutinizing submissions and reports concerning organizational initiatives. Gathering and analyzing project-related data and presenting findings on project outcomes.
