We are looking for a seasoned Project Coordinator who thrives on delivering critical commercial projects. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will oversee all aspects of the project cycle from setting deadlines to monitoring progress to reporting to management on the status of all WIP and completed works. You will be key to ensuring the successful delivery of commercial projects and solidifying ARA Hardware's reputation as the industry's leading hardware supplier and installer. What's in it for you? Plan, budget, monitor, and report on projects Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress Set schedules to meet delivery deadlines and c oordinate resources and vendors Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs Manage relationships between customers and stakeholders Develop risk management strategies to mitigate risk Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Travel to work sites to assist installers with hardware issues Collate and file all project documentation appropriately Ensure all legal, audit, and business paperwork is up-to-date What do you need? Track record in delivering critical commercial projects and supporting document processes Proficient in the use of project management systems and tools Exceptional eye for detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Exemplary time management skills with a focus on prioritisation Capacity to create collaborative relationships built on cooperation and mutual respect Current Drivers Licence   Are you experienced in project coordination and passionate about driving the success of essential commercial projects?
