Together, we are committed to achieving extraordinary results.About the roleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Project Coordinator to join our SCTI team, reporting to the Programme Lead.This role will be responsible for day to day tracking and coordination across SCTI Strategic Projects. This includes supporting the Programme Lead and other PMO team members in coordination of meetings, agendas, meeting minutes, project task tracking (including tasks, risks, queries, and various other registers), documentation creation and management, and communication for Programme Management Office.,Key responsibilities:Coordinating project meetings, including diary management, room bookings, technology support, meeting minutes, presentations, and agendasResponsible for all materials required for governance meetings, including reports, communications, agendas, meeting minutes, and actions registersSuccessful internal stakeholder relationshipsDay to day tracking of project tasks, with follow-ups to responsible task holdersDocumentation and tracking of all project related work materialsUpdating of all risks, changes, issues, and queries with oversight by Project Leads or Programme LeadManagement and updating of all PMO policies, processes, and relevant documentationAbout youTeam player with amazing relationship skills2+ years Project Coordination or relevant experienceDemonstration of strong documentation creation and managementDemonstration of governance support including minute taking, report preparation, agenda management, and meeting supportFamiliarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycleStrong attention to detailExcellent MS Team, word, and excel skillsAbility to navigate a quick moving environment with positivityThere are lots of reasons you'd want to work with usHere are just a few:You will be supported to continually learn and improve your skills, share knowledge and ideas and be part of an amazing values-based culture where people are at its heart.
