He angitutanga | About the roleAs a Project Coordinator within the Information Systems and Services (ISS) Digital Transformation team, you will be crucial in driving the success of your assigned projects.Working closely with Project Managers, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities aimed at achieving successful project outcomes, including developing project schedules, establishing project control and registers, preparing project documentation, overseeing project activities, ensuring vendors are paid on time, and supporting project governance.
Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills and experienceWe are looking for someone with proven experience in project coordination, preferably within IT or digital projects along with the following skills and experience: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and support multiple projects.The ability to adjust to new and competing priorities in a complex and changing environment, and adept at grasping new tools, systems and processes.Proven experience in drafting project status reports, task tracking and scheduling.Strong financial planning, tracking, monitoring and reporting skills.
Experience using SAP S/4HANApreferable.Strong attention to detail and drive to deliver results.Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, colleagues and team members.High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Project.
Desired: Experience working with or understanding of Agile project methodologies.Qualifications in relevant project methodologies, e.g.
PRINCE2 or CAPM.
