Are you an experienced and passionate Project Coordinator with a background in healthcare? Here's your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Addictions!
We are actively seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our team. CADS is establishing a range of forums to bring together staff working in Addictions across the moto. This will involve the establishment of a Specialist Lived Experience Forum and an Addiction Clinical leaders forum well as arranging a regional training forum to provide a platform for sharing the latest research, evidence-informed practices to inform the capability and service delivery to clients and their whanau.

CADS is the largest Alcohol and other Drugs (AOD) service in New Zealand working with around 15,000 people each year. CADS provides free community and inpatient AOD treatment from a number of locations across Auckland. CADS is committed to empowering the community to discover healthier use of substances (harm minimisation) and to promote recovery and wellbeing.
What You'll Do:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, administrators, and IT professionals.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance client care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
What You Bring:
• Proven experience in organising events and conferences
• Previous project coordination experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare processes, regulations, and standards.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
