The role This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the implementation of assessment-related changes and projects in education.
It involves working closely with key internal and external stakeholders to develop, deliver, and operationalise assessment activities, ensuring smooth transformation of clinical assessments into the workplace-based training and assessment environment.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate multiple assessment projects and operational implementation of assessments' transition to a workplace environment, while applying appropriate methodologies to meet project objectives, timelines, scope, and budget.
Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Directors of Training, Supervisors, Fellows, Committees, Health Services, government agencies for project deliverables and initiatives.
Identify project and process gaps/risks and develop mitigation strategies for problem resolution in consultation with stakeholders.
Coordinate and oversee any reviews of Regulations, Policies, Procedures, and IT systems impacted by project outcomes.
Organise workshops, stakeholder consultations, and develop communications and engagement strategies to support project objectives, to inform stakeholders appropriately, and ensure collaboration with subject matter experts.
Develop project proposals, progress reports, relevant material, business cases, manage contracts and assist with budget development.
Coordinate project planning for program delivery in a complex, heavily regulated medical education and assessment environments.
Develop project related content to provide specific assessment related reports to meet conditions of the Australian Medical Council and other regulatory authorities.
