We are looking for a fantastic Project Controller to join us on a Fixed Term contract until September 2025. In this role you will be:Partnering with our Project Managers and Project Directors on various projects.Monitoring and assisting with the update of project information and associated finances (budget, start/ end dates, maintaining relevant costs, profitability).Invoicing, accounts receivables, transfers, reallocations, and credit notes.Analysing financial reports and dashboards.Providing guidance on project profitability, tracking spend vs budget.Monitoring profit and loss on our projects, and providing recommendations.Managing the project program alongside the team and updating stakeholders.Chairing project debriefs and taking minutes as required.Processing project documentation, including contracts, variations and letters of engagement, arranging proper filing.What you'll bringPrevious experience in financial roles, and formal qualifications in a similar field would be an advantage.Strong administration skills, attention to detail, and time management.Familiarity with accounting principles, and financial terms is an advantage.A proactive "can-do" attitude coupled with good analytic problem-solving and scheduling skills.High level of computer skills including being an intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).An outgoing team player, who is enthusiastic about the role and eager to have a positive influence on project outcomes.Enjoys a fast-paced and busy work environment, comfortable working autonomously.Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint experience would be advantageous, but not required.Nga Hua | Our benefitsA flexible working culture with the ability to purchase extra annual leave.A generous salary and $750 Wellbeing allowance.A highly supportive team environment where you are encouraged to pave your own career path that caters to your own personal pathwayA very active social clubState of the art, modern and contemporary officesFree fruit baskets and morning teas (we love morning teas at T+T! )Professional memberships and continued education supportInternal training programsMentoring programsAdditional parental leave, salary top-up and a back to work coaching programme (as per policy)We embrace flexible working at T+T and aim to work in a way that serves the needs of our people, clients and communities.
