Auckland Transport is leading the development of transport infrastructure and solutions that enable healthy and accessible communities.Regardless of your choice to walk, cycle, drive, take the ferry or train, we are passionate about working together to deliver safe, efficient, innovative and sustainable options whilst providing a transport system that will create a vibrant and connected Auckland.We are on a journey and working to shape our organisation through an ambitious transformation programme providing for more effective and efficient AT.Delivering Auckland's transport solution on such a mammoth scale is no mean feat and we need a talented team to ensure we are up to this task.Work in the Project and Business Interface Team as part of the Infrastructure Projects Delivery group.Support the Project Business Interface Lead with project related interactions.Provide advice to internal and external stakeholders and support the centre of excellence within the project group.Support the day to day operations and processes for project related interactions from members of the public and elected members including AT system (CRM) case management and escalations.Be receiving, logging, reviewing and assessing completeness of project documentation according to appropriate AT standards, procedures and policy.Be responsible for end to end public engagement for minor bus delivery projects including the production of reports on consultation project status and metrics using AT systems and tools.Excellent written, grammar, spelling, comprehension and oral communication skillsAble to interpret technical information and communicate it in a simple wayAble to work across all levels of the organisation including the political environmentAbility to be customer oriented while maintaining a delivery focusExcellent interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, collaborating and team building.At AT, weembraceinclusion and fully support building a diverse workplace where people come first and we feel safe, respected, valued and supported, inclusive of our differences.Our values are more than just words - they are integral to everything we do.
