About the role :  Located in the breathtaking Wanaka region, join a dynamic and forward-thinking architectural firm dedicated to designing sustainable and innovative spaces. Specializing in residential, commercial, and community projects.    Opportunity for a Senior Registered Architect to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to make a significant impact while enjoying a work-life balance in one of New Zealand's most desirable locations. Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design and delivery Collaborate with clients, consultants, and the design team to develop innovative and practical solutions Manage and mentor junior architects and designers Oversee all stages of the design process, including client presentations, detailed drawings, specifications, and construction administration Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements Liaise with external stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and local authorities About You: Registered Architect with at least 6+ years of experience, preferably in New Zealand Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in leading a diverse range of architectural projects Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and other design software Deep understanding of New Zealand Building Code and consent processes Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and team members Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams Passion for sustainable architecture and innovative design Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience $90000-$120000 Opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in one of New Zealand's most beautiful locations A collaborative and supportive work environment Flexible working arrangements Career development and mentoring opportunities Relocation assistance for the right candidate How to Apply:   If you are interested in a confidential conversation, reach out today to Georgia on ******** , alternatively drop an email to (email protected)
