The role will be based in Auckland and will have a number of direct reports that it will be responsible for.The position should ensure it provides the best for its people, whilst ensuring compliance to Siemens' best practices and policy.
The role shall also undertake a delivery function, but further support the technical growth within the region.
It is expected that this role will build upon customer relationships and facilitate growth.In this role you will:Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet productivity and quality goalsProvide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and proceduresCoordinate the corresponding internal interfaces with the respective partners in departments of development, project execution, test center and with other internal partnersCoordinate the corresponding external interfaces with assessors, onshore partners (regional unit, customer, installation companies, etc.)
