An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and competent Project and Contracts Co-Ordinator to join our growing HBT team, based in Napier. We are looking for a team player with extensive and proven experience in the co-ordination / and or management of projects, including the use of known project management methodologies and systems. You will be a details focused individual with the ability to analyse client contract information and implement and communicate client contract changes using HBT systems and processes.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Ensure all projects are delivered with the specified services implemented within the specified tolerances of time, budget, quality, scope, benefits, and risks.
Leading the implementation and delivery of a project management methodology for use in HBT internal and external projects.
Full administration of all projects including coordination, management to time frames and budgets, stakeholder engagement, communications management, issues escalation, and post implementation review.
IT client contract management using HBT systems and processes. This will include regular scheduled reviews of client contract services, and associated income and costs.
Working with clients on an ongoing basis for software licensing and associated renewals.
Applicants will need to demonstrate the following:
Extensive and proven experience in the co-ordination / and or management of Projects, including the use of known project management methodologies and systems.
A working knowledge of company ERP systems, preferably in an IT service delivery environment. Knowledge of Autotask would be an advantage.
Highly developed analytical skills – able to run and interpret systems reports and identify issues. A high attention to detail.
Confident, clear and articulate communicator both written and spoken.
