Ngai Tahu Holdings (NTH) is looking for a Business Analyst who'll play a key role in our group-wide Business Central (BC) Upgrade to the Cloud Project. This position would suit an individual who is detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in process mapping and data analysis. As a Business Analyst you will develop business process mappings, prepare and update end-user documentation, create and execute test scripts, and deliver training materials for nearly 400 BC users across the Ngai Tahu group. Develop and maintain process mappings, document changes, perform data analytics, and support data reconciliation.Build strong stakeholder relationships, prepare and execute test scripts, and ensure data migration completeness.Design and deliver training programs, provide post-launch support, and facilitate workshops.Identify and mitigate project risks, foster a collaborative work environment, and implement process improvements.Engage in post-implementation reviews, collect feedback, and promote continuous improvement.Uphold Ngai Tahu values, engage in cultural activities, and ensure health and safety compliance.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and cloud technologies,Proficiency in process mapping tools and Microsoft applications, including Visio, and strong Problem-solving skills.Excel in communication and stakeholder management, understand accounting and finance processesPossess a relevant tertiary qualification in accounting, commerce, business, or technology.
