Ideally you will have previous construction experience. This is an incredibly varied role, based on site you'll provide project administration and ensure all documentation across the various aspects of the projects are up-to-date. You will manage the project documentation system, maintain plans, monitor and track documents. To be considered for this role, you be a strong administrator with faultless attention to detail, naturally you have exceptional organisational, multi-tasking and communication skills and more importantly you will be a team player to help the Project and Site Managers with the day to day administration tasks.You will be a proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel, document control experience would be advantageous. Great relationship building skills are vital to this role, as is the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a can-do attitude.You will enjoy being a key part of the team, using your initiative and be proactive, and be able to work cohesively with others.
