Project Administrator - Planned ProgrammesJoin a team making a tangible difference to the lives and communities of AotearoaProvide administrative support to a range of projects and programmesFixed Term/Secondment until June 2025, at $66,834 (pro rata)As our newest Project Administrator in the Planned Programmes team in Wellington or Auckland, you'll support a team who manage a high-volume and wide variety of projects. You'll take charge of invoicing and purchase orders, manage email correspondence via management of a centralised mailbox, assist with updating project documentation, manage access issues and any other tasks required to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the programme of work.Focused on taking responsibility of issues and seeing them through to resolution, you'll assist Project Coordinators to review and check work orders at scope, variation and final approval stages.
