Project Administrator - Planned ProgrammesJoin a team making a tangible difference to the lives and communities of AotearoaProvide administrative support to a range of projects and programmesFixed Term/Secondment until June 2025, at $66,834 (pro rata)As our newest Project Administrator in the Planned Programmes team in Wellington or Auckland, you'll support a team who manage a high-volume and wide variety of projects. You'll take charge of invoicing and purchase orders, manage email correspondence via management of a centralised mailbox, assist with updating project documentation, manage access issues and any other tasks required to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the programme of work.Focused on taking responsibility of issues and seeing them through to resolution, you'll assist Project Coordinators to review and check work orders at scope, variation and final approval stages. You'll also work closely with the Special Projects delivery team assisting with uploading property work requests (PIF) into the tracker, raise work orders, create new supplier information into the system, and document filing in Objective.If you have great attention to detail, strong time management and organisation skills and a solutions focused attitude, then we would love to hear from you.Here's what we'd love for you to bring to the role:Demonstrated experience in administration; prioritising demands, meeting deadlines and delivering desired results by taking ownership and using effective self and time management approaches.Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service; ability and the desire to collaborate and work well in a team environment.Ability to clearly and concisely convey information and ideas in both oral and written formats.A high degree of computer literacy and willingness to expand knowledge of software packages.Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.Good understanding of property maintenance and the make up of a building envelope.Good understanding of project management attributes.Nou te rourou | What's in it for you?We offer competitive salaries, five weeks' annual leave, and flexible working arrangements.As a Kainga Ora - Homes and Communities employee, we want to make sure that you have all the tools and support you need.
