Join an Innovative Engineering Consultancy: Our client is a busy growing professional services company managing some of New Zealand's largest industrial decarbonisation projects. Times are changing from talk to real projects in the decarbonisation space, and they are looking for a project administrator to join their skilled team, who ideally has some experience from industrial projects. Experience that is sought and valued: Your ability to understand and experience writing comprehensive meeting minutes. Able to create and maintain filing structures for the wider team to access and understand. Proficiency with Office 365 and associated apps like Word, Excel, Visio. Experience with AI to enhance efficiency would be beneficial. Abilities with web-based programmes and website would be also beneficial. Highly valued will be an enthusiastic team player who looks to make a positive impact and loves to remove any stumbling blocks.
