We plan on leaving a lasting legacy of innovative, safe structures for future generations to come.We are looking for a Project Administrator to join us on a fixed-term contract until August 2025.As the Project Administrator, you'll be working alongside the Project Director and Project Manager, making you the backbone of our site management team, ensuring smooth operations and boosting productivity. Your support services will be vital in keeping things running seamlessly. This role offers a chance to be at the heart of a project that's set to become a landmark in Taranaki.This could be a full-time or part-time (30 hours) role with flexibility for the right person.As Project Administrator, you will be responsible for:Coordinating resources, equipment, meetings, events/functions, and informationOrganising, attending, and participating in meetings, organising actions and updatesAssisting with running of the office from IT matters to office facilitiesSupporting the team, consultants, and subcontractors to contribute to the successful delivery of the projectSkills and experience required:5+ years in a senior or complex administration roleExperience in the construction or a related industry preferred but not essentialDemonstrated expertise in document formatting and reporting using Word and ExcelExceptional communication skills coupled with initiative and practicalityDetail-oriented and collaborative team player with strong multitasking abilitiesEffective communication and organisational skills with a focus on problem-solving and relationship-buildingWhat We Offer:The opportunity to make a real difference across the organisationBe part of a passionate and dedicated team within a stable businessEmphasis on work/life balance and personal developmentThis is an opportunity to join a stable business that values work-life balance while being part of a proud, passionate, and dedicated team.What now?If you're interested in this role, don't hesitate to reach out.
