Roles & Responsibilities As a Project Administrator at SQN, you will play a vital role in supporting our projects and contributing to the efficient functioning of our Auckland regional office. While previous experience is desirable, we welcome candidates with a range of backgrounds and are committed to providing full training to the successful candidate. Project Administrator Rosedale, Auckland40 hours, based in the office$65,000 -$67,000 annual salaryPermanent position offering job security and stability4 weeks of annual leaveQualifications and Experience: Previous experience in project administration or related roles is desirable but not essential. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.A working knowledge of Microsoft, Google G-Suite and Xero would be advantageous.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to learn and adapt quickly.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in office software applications, including spreadsheets and word processing.
