Project Administrator

We now need one Project Administrator to manage our construction project and contractors. This is a full- time role with at least 35 hours per week workload.
 
·       Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, projects, and services.
·       Manage all paperwork related to contracts, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
·       Oversee work by contractors, reporting on variations to work orders and ensuring contractual obligations
·       are met.
·       Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts, programs, projects, and services provided.
·       Address concerns of individuals affected by contracts and services.
·       Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved.
·       Collect and analyze data associated with projects, preparing detailed reports on project outcomes.
·       Advise senior management on matters requiring their attention, implementing their decisions effectively.
·       Prepare and review submissions and reports regarding the organization's activities.
·       Review and arrange new office accommodations as needed, ensuring suitability and compliance with organizational requirements.
 
Requirement for this role:
·       Diploma in a relevant major, or Bachelor Degree of any major
·       Have good file management skills
·       Have good communication skills
·       Be able to work under pressure
·       Have good attention to details
