? Engaging in the development, thorough examination, and negotiation of variations to existing contracts, programs, projects, and services. This includes ensuring that allChanges made are legally sound and align with the organizational goals and regulatory requirements.? Providing responses to inquiries related to contracts, programs, projects, and services rendered. This involves investigating and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise concerning these matters or affecting the involved parties.? Managing all paperwork and records associated with contracts, programs, projects, and services. This encompasses the organization, maintenance, and updating of documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate efficient operations.? Working in coordination with project managers, architects, engineering professionals, property owners, and other relevant parties to ensure that project goals and contractual obligations are met effectively and efficiently.? Advising senior management on critical issues that require attention. Implementing decisions and strategies as directed by senior management to address and resolve high-priority matters.? Overseeing the work performed by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders. Reporting any deviations or variations from the agreed work scope and ensuring corrective actions are taken as necessary.? Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing submissions and reports concerning the organization's activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant standards and regulations.? Gathering, analysing, and interpreting data related to project performance and outcomes. Providing comprehensive reports that reflect project achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.? Conducting reviews and arranging for new office accommodations as needed. This includes assessing space requirements, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring that new office arrangements meet organizational needs and standards.? Able to take control of everyday situations, assume responsibility, and guide where necessary.? Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for dealing with a wide range of people and cultures.
