This role will provide support to the management of change at the Tomoana Site.
As a member of the Continuous Improvement Team, the process changes coordinator's key focus will be through: Work with the CI manager to look for Improvement opportunities (Yield/Waste/Processes) which will feed into the Champions Initiatives Be the key conduit with R&D on delivering VE Projects Deliver key technical training to shop floor staff.
Assist the CI Manager to improve the processes for managing change for the site and be the key contact for plant trials.
Manage NPD's - be the key contact for NPD's and coordinate with both internal and external functions & stakeholders covering both Petfood and Recipe.
Deliver improvement project initiatives as part of the CI Team Key Responsibilities Build shop floor capability through creation of SOP's, Standards, and deliver training.
Support the CI Manager.
Deliver Project Initiatives identified in the capex strategic plan and CI Opportunities identified from the loss tree.
Support and actively participate in driving a CI Mindset through KHMS discipline and routines.
Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs, and goals.
Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and work in a way that contributes to the company's vision.
Manage projects to ensure all projects meet their objectives & agreed timelines and come within budget.
Ensure that any changes to plan are promptly and clearly communicated to key stakeholders.
About you Degree or equivalent (manufacturing or process).
Green or black belt LSS qualification.
Sound knowledge of production processes.
Understanding and use of Six Sigma applications.
Ability to motivate and develop shop floor staff through developing a sound training program using SOP's.
Understanding of KHMS/CI disciplines within the business context.
Demonstrates an ability to work self-directed and communicate at all levels of the business.
