To do this, we are partnering with Gentrack and Salesforce to implement a new solution that will deliver a modern, integrated billing, sales and service capability, enabling improved experiences for our people and customers.About the Role:We are looking for someone to lead the creation, management and delivery of our Learning and Knowledge workstream for a large transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to lead this important area throughout the programme delivery lifecycle.The role's purpose is to ensure that all internal users and impacted third parties receive targeted training and knowledge that provides them with the confidence, capability, and support to adopt the new technology, processes and ways of working.The role is responsible for developing the learning strategy and approach and establishing the learning tools, framework, and systems to support this - it's an exciting opportunity to build a learning platform from the ground up. This includes conducting learning needs analysis, and developing and delivering training materials and activities, evaluating the learning outcomes and success measures, and ensuring a smooth handover of training responsibilities and collateral to business as usual. The role is also an opportunity to build and lead your own training team, as part of a wider change management chapter.Key Accountabilities:Own the learning and knowledge management deliverables within the wider change management and business readiness workstreamDesign the learning strategy and framework, including the knowledge management solutionConduct learning needs analysis across all functional areas and process changesDesign an outcomes-based learning curriculum for each role/team undergoing changeEnsure excellent training delivery, using blended learning, digital adoption tools and human-centred designWork collaboratively with programme and business leaders to ensure the learning approach and training delivery is fit for purpose, meeting both project delivery and business as usual needs, for sustainable benefit delivery.About You:Significant experience in leading L&D/training workstreams for large projects, across the full training lifecycle.A passion for best practice L&D technology and tools.Demonstrated experience in the creation of Learning Needs Analysis and Learning CurriculumsDemonstrated experience in the design, creation and delivery of both classroom and digital/online training contentA solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change processExperience with large-scale organisational change effortsTertiary qualification in a relevant field e.g. management, teachingOur culture:Genesis is proud to be an inclusive workplace; we celebrate difference and diversity and aim to empower our employees.
