You'll play a critical role in linking business units together to achieve positive change for the organisation. As a people leader you'll also lead a small team of commercial analysts and support the ongoing development of this function.A key focus will be ensuring effective risk, issue & dependency management to realise planned benefits whilst balancing a variety of priorities for the team.You'll do this through:Developing strategic initiative roadmaps, plans, budgets, and benefits casesMonitoring and managing program execution to meet budget, milestone, and benefit outcomes, ensuring risks, issues and program interdependencies are managed effectively, taking corrective action as neededDeveloping and implementing the programme strategies, engaging with strategic level forums.
