Job Description The opportunity We are looking for a Programme Manager who will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and improving the internal and external programmes of the organisation, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision. This role will provide leadership and support across the team to ensure the delivery of key initiatives on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities Oversee the approval and accreditation of programmes with NZOA.
Develop and enhance internal programmes and ensure quality through moderation processes.
Collaborate with Regional Managers for timely completion of post-moderation activities.
Manage budgets and report on programme performance to the executive team.
Liaise with marketing to increase awareness of programmes.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop industry partnerships.
Health & Safety Responsibilities Comply with EtcoH&S Policies and Procedures and legislative requirements.
Report incidents and accidents to your manager within specified timeframes.
Monitor and raise potential apprentice wellbeing and health and safety issues with host companies.
Desired Skills and Experience What you'll bring Good knowledge of electrical qualifications and experience working with government agencies.
3-5 years of experience in programme management, preferably in a related industry.
Advanced knowledge of the planning and full life cycle of product development.
Ability to collaborate with IT engineers and extensive experience in software product engineering and integration.
Strong ability to evaluate product performance metrics and resolve issues.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
