The Opportunity
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to join our ProCare Fresh Minds team. This is a permanent full time position based in our Rosedale Fresh Minds centre.
As the Programme Manager you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of the Fresh Minds Wellbeing Solutions and Better Wellbeing programme. This role will have oversight of service pathway managing workflows, service deliverables and a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
This role will be committed to delivering key service priorities with a strong commitment to quality service delivery, managing excellent stakeholder relationships and nurturing an engaged workforce. Our ideal candidate will have strong talent for programme coordination and delegation, and be motivated by a desire to optimize our reach and impact to clients seeking support from our service.
If you enjoy contributing to the development of a new programme, ensuring we have the right processes in place for successful high quality service delivery, and make sure that deadlines are met, and join a larger team of high performers with a passion in providing people with the help they need when they need it then this may be the role for you.
The successful candidate will have the following key skills/attributes:
Minimum of 3 years programme or practice management experience, preferably within healthcare or an adjacent industry. Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
Demonstrable experience in a leadership role, nurturing and developing high performing teams and cultures.
Working knowledge of clinical practice management workflows, processes and systems, and NZ health legislation and compliance, and in relation to the provision of mental health and addiction services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Commercial acumen and confidence to lead business through growth and change.
A passion for improving equitable health outcomes for the population of Tamaki Makaurau and Aotearoa, New Zealand.
A desire to understand and appreciate Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application to Fresh Minds/ProCare and how it shapes our efforts.
