If you would like a confidential discussion, please email ****** or ****** years experience in telco is preferred.Previous experience leading a team in either a wireless or fixed network programme of works/telecommunications infrastructure project.Excellent SHEQ record.High Level Overview Of Duties And ResponsibilitiesLead the coordination and delivery programme for our NZ Telco projects.Ensure project controls and reporting responsibilities are put in place and supported.Ensure contractual obligations are identified and understood.Identify any potential contract variations and agree the appropriate action to address the change.Achieve the annual performance targets.Manage the profitability of the programme by overseeing budget expenditure, conducting regular reviews against plan and budget and taking corrective actions as required.Support a best-practice culture of innovative thinking, striving for ever greater efficiencies and cost-reduction across the projects.Ensure sub-contractor relationships are robust and sub-contractor performance is regularly reviewed.NOTE: Only internal applicants will be considered.
