Journey Kids is a new business that not only lives for its customers but also its employees. We deliver Before & After School Clubs as well as Holiday Programs to Schools in the Waikato and Auckland. We also deliver Sports and Science Clinics and a range of other learning experiences to kids through our organisation. We are made up of Ex Teachers, Professionals in the Child Care Industry, Parents, Students and just about everything else. The purpose of Journey Kids is not just to provide jobs but careers. If you want to be a part of something special, something at ground level and something that makes you happy to get out of bed, please reach out.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDeliver Before & After School Club lessons ranging from science experiments to sports lessons and everything in between.Manage a team of OSCAR leaders.Liaise with parents.Ensure children are signed in and out safely.Actively supervise children and provide a safe and friendly environment.Monitor children while out on day trips to local attractions.Work collaboratively with team members to provide fun and exciting activities for school children between the ages of 5-11.Hours required Mon-Fri from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm, with some morning hours required from 7:00 am to 8:30 am Mon-Fri.During School Holidays, hours change to 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Mon-Fri (please note that this is subject to change).No previous experience needed - just a fantastic attitude and willingness to learn.No two days are the same; however, our site managers are trusted to provide consistent plans and enforce programme expectations.How to applyIf this sounds like you, please click the apply button below, alternatively you can email your CV and cover letter to ****** application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a programme manager?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years of people management experience do you have?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?Are you available to travel for this role when required?How far are you willing to travel for work?
