The team are the custodians of the project management frameworks, project management tool and manage the assurance of key documentation for projects and programmes. In this role within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), you will initially focus on achieving strategic outcomes for the Ruapehu Alpine Lift redundant infrastructure programme, and other programmes following that. You will oversee construction contracts and contractors while collaborating closely with community and iwi partners.Your key responsibilities include:Managing the programme which will oversee and multiple property projects from conception to completion.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets.Developing and implementing programme plans, schedules, and resource planning.Conducting risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies.Monitoring programme progress and report on key metrics to senior management.Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills and experience: We are looking for a natural connector and problem solver, bringing experience as both a people leader and in project and programme management.
