5 weeks annual leave after two years.
Sick leave entitlement of 5 days will be available from commencement of employment and another 5 days at 6 months of employment. 10 days entitlement will be available at 12 months service thereafter.
The Programme Lead - Equity is responsible for leading and coordinating initiatives to improve health equity across the organisation. This role focuses on identifying disparities, developing strategies to address them, and ensuring the successful implementation of equity-driven programmes. The Programme Lead - Equity collaborates with various stakeholders to promote inclusivity and culturally appropriate practices within the organisation including equity KPIs.
