Founded in 1905 as the Straits Settlements and Federated Malay States Government Medical School, NUS is the oldest higher education institution in Singapore.Job DescriptionThe Programme Head will work alongside the existing incubation teams in the region and be primarily responsible for:Lead the process of selecting startups for various accelerator/incubation/immersion programmes.Collaborate with team members to design and refine the curriculum, ensuring relevance and value.Coordinate with mentors, industry experts, and investors to provide the necessary resources and networking opportunities to startups.Measure programme success and implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes.Develop partnerships with other incubators, tech hubs, and relevant stakeholders.QualificationsDegree holder with at least 10 years of experience in the startup ecosystem, with a focus on accelerator or incubator programmes.Proven track record of managing and scaling accelerator programmes.Deep regional market insights and a strong network in the startup ecosystem.Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Passionate about entrepreneurship.Proven self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated consistent attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.More InformationJob Type: 2-year ContractLocation: Kent Ridge CampusOrganization: NUS EnterpriseDepartment: Ecosystem DevelopmentJob Requisition ID: 25320
