Big Buddy runs an award-winning mentoring programme, matching adult male mentors with boys who have no male role models in their family/whanau.
We work with young people 7-17 across our One 2 One and Group programmes.
We are a social service agency committed to making a practical and meaningful difference in these boy's and young men's lives.About the role:You will be inspired by the impact of your work, as you support the successful delivery of Big Buddy programmes in this diverse role that will allow you to leverage different skills to support your career growth.Based at our Head Office in Greenlane, and working closely with our programme and partnerships teams, you will:support the delivery of our latest programme, Big Buddy Groupmonitor and support progress of our One 2 One programme relationshipsfoster connection within the Big Buddy community by coordinating our community events & support eveningsmanage other support channels and volunteer recognition and reward initiativescoordinate programme evaluations and manage survey distribution.
