This is a 10-month fixed-term role to cover for secondment beginning in February 2025.Nga kawenga | About the roleThe Programme Enrolment Coordinator is pivotal in providing efficient and effective administrative support for the coordination of rehabilitation programmes.The position requires maintaining strong attention to detail while managing sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
You will use your proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite along with the ability to quickly learn and apply other systems to support coordination activities effectively.Clear and concise communication is essential, as the role involves drafting and presenting information to various stakeholders across Pae Ora and other directorates.
Collaboration is a key component, requiring the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across diverse teams.The Programme Enrolment Coordinator must meet tight deadlines, balance competing priorities, and remain adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This is a critical role that ensures the smooth operation and timely delivery of rehabilitation programmes across Ara Poutama.As the Programme Enrolment Coordinator, you will provide national coordination of rehabilitation programmes, supporting case managers in delivering timely and effective plans for paihere.
You'll connect local and national teams, ensuring processes, systems, and scheduling align with best practices to support offender pathways.You'll bring a strong administrative background, a solution-focused mindset, and exceptional organisational skills.
You're adept at managing complex workloads and building effective relationships across diverse teams.The full salary range is $62,623 - $88,408.
