About the opportunity | Te whai waahi As the Programme Director - Predictive Maintenance you will lead the development and implementation of advanced predictive maintenance strategies across the organisation's engineering operations.
This role is crucial in enhancing operational reliability and efficiency through data-driven maintenance approaches.
Key accountabilities include: Developing a comprehensive predictive maintenance program, integrating cutting-edge analytics and machine learning technologies.
Leading an indirect team of engineers and data scientists to achieve program objectives, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Ensuring the alignment of predictive maintenance practices with the COO's sustainability and efficiency targets.
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of predictive maintenance into existing operations.
Critical skills and experience required: Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
Extensive experience in predictive maintenance within a large, complex engineering environment.
Proficiency in data analytics and machine learning techniques for predictive modeling.
Technological aptitude, especially in automation and IOC systems.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Highly collaborative and the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
Capable of strategic program integration.
