You'll play a critical role in client engagement, managing customer programme teams, and providing expert guidance to ensure successful delivery.Client Engagement & Communication: Act as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication about program progress, risks, and changes.Programme Oversight: Develop and maintain a program management plan that details scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and interdependencies across multiple projects.Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional project teams, driving collaboration to meet client expectations and project goals.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could affect program success, ensuring any impacts are communicated and managed with the client.Continuous Improvement: Provide insights on best practices, continuously improving delivery processes to increase efficiency, and leading initiatives to uplift capability across teams.About YouWe are seeking a strategic leader with extensive experience in programme management within a professional services environment. You should have a background working with large corporate clients or within consulting, where you've successfully managed complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Strong stakeholder management experience, working closely with clients' senior leadership teams and managing key delivery partners.Proven ability to manage multiple, high-complexity projects or programmes with competing priorities, and drive outcomes in a client-facing role.Expertise in portfolio, programme, and project management methodologies, ideally within a consultancy or professional services context.A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Risk management experience, including developing strategies to mitigate risks that could affect programme success.Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with a client-first approach to problem-solving.Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MIRO, plus relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.Why Join Us?We value integrity, boldness, and innovation.
