He aha te mahi - Role purpose
Enable New Zealand has an ambitious programme of work and there are a number of project teams doing the mahi. The Programme Coordinator role is intended to provide high-level support across the entire work programme.
Working closely with project managers, delivery managers, and business owners, this role will provide coordination and oversight across the change and transformation programme. Adaptability is core to the role, with opportunities to also manage small projects from time to time.
He pukenga au - Our ideal candidate
You will have 3+ years proven experience in a Programme Coordinator (or similar) role with excellent time management and communication skills. You'll be able to hit the ground running and be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation, often being the go-to person for the programme.
This is a full-time permanent position, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, and is primarily based at our Palmerston North head office with flexible options available.
