About the role:
Opportunity to work as a Programme Coordinator in a friendly team environment.
Full time role - Monday to Friday.
Start date/Duration: ASAP start until end of March 2025.
Location: Burnside, Christchurch
Pay rate: $35 per hour + 8% holiday pay.
Position Overview: The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning activities within the organization. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a keen analytical mindset to work effectively with data.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of planning processes.
Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, and maintaining records.
Coordinate with various departments to gather and compile planning data.
Analyse data to support decision-making and improve planning efficiency.
Handle inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other planning-related documentation.
Maintain and update planning databases and systems.
Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Ideal candidate:
Our client is looking for a Programme Coordinator with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Successful candidate's will have:
Strong administrative skills with experience in scheduling, document preparation, and record maintenance
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and work with data to support planning activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications:
Administration experience, ideally in Audit, IVA, or Data Analysis (but not essential)
Familiarity with Excel software and tools
Previous experience working with data integrity would be a bonus.
