End of Month, End of Qtr, EoY, Financial reporting including ad hoc, anomalies, Programme recharging and monitoring of quality and accuracy, Budget vs actuals tracking and coordination at Programme level.Measuring and Reporting Delivery Progress and Value Delivered:Setting and signoff processing oversight, managing the delivery progress, achievement outcomes and reports for initiatives, using standard tools and ensure accuracy and consistency of use.
Day to Day Operations:Risk reporting, meetings regularity and attendance, actions tracking, consistent implementation of Programme policies and practices, relationship management within the Programme and with stakeholders, Programme communications and Team cohesion and Health and Safety.
