Fixed term until 30 June 2025Deliver outstanding workshop coordination, planning, reporting, and processes for the Integrated Programme for Mental Health and Addiction (IPMHA) and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) programmes at Te Pou. This role works closely with the IPMHA and MHFA teams and reports to the National Manager, Operations and Infrastructure.

In this role you will provide exceptional workshop coordination, planning, reporting, and processes to support learning and development programmes within Te Pou. This will be achieved through coordinating a range of procedures to enable our learning and development programmes to be successfully implemented.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Schedule, arrange and oversee the training logistics for new Mental Health First Aid instructor training, including venue and catering arrangements, MHFA trainer travel, training programme resources, certificate production, and communication with trainee instructors.Liaise with relevant PHO and NGO contacts to manage registrations and scheduling for the different aspects of the IPMHA training which includes face-to-face training, coaching and hosting of webinars.Locate, organise, enhance and share relevant information and resources to support decision making, sound processes and effective service delivery to colleagues and contractors within Te Pou and Blueprint.This role is working Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

We're looking for someone who:

Has excellent information technology skills and intermediate and greater experience using Microsoft Office software suite and other software packages as required.Is highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work independently managing multiple demands.Has the ability to assess and balance the needs and expectations of diverse stakeholders.Is committed to personally apply the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi in the work you do.Is able to travel if required.Has an understanding of mental health, addiction, or disability services.Please note, due to the Christmas period our communication may be limited, and we will endeavour to respond to your application after 6 January 2025.
