Through this, we are committed to Smarter farming for a better New Zealand.About the Role:We have an amazing opportunity for a Programme Business Analyst to join the Transformation Programme team based at our Christchurch office and reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer for a 12-month fixed term contract. You will work within the Transformation Programme Team to support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interconnected projects across the business.The role is perfect for an experienced Senior/Lead Business Analyst who thrives in a dynamic environment where switching between multiple projects will be the norm and enjoys working on complex programs with high business impact. You will have the ability to operate at a strategic/big-picture level while also being all over the detail.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with key stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document comprehensive business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Utilise techniques to map and analyse existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.Collect, analyse, and interpret relevant data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for the programme.Work with Project Leads to develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track progress, monitor key performance indicators, and inform decision-making.Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working, processes, or systems and help prepare training materials and training sessions for end users.Collaborate with the Programme Manager to ensure projects are aligned with programme objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.About You:You are a detail-oriented and results-driven Programme Business Analyst with a proven ability to analyse complex systems and deliver actionable insights. You excel at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging your strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align project goals. With a collaborative mindset, you thrive in fast-paced environments, bringing structure to ambiguity and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
