Description At School's Out Lakeside, we have fun in our After School and Holiday Programmes. We are looking for a permanent Programme Assistant to join our team working a minimum of 17 hours per week Mon - Fri, with more hours available in the School Holidays.
School's Out Lakeside is located in the Lake Taupo Rotary Centre, 2 Story Place, Taupo. We strive to provide a safe, fun, loving environment for children ages 5-13 years. With our awesome bunch of children and staff, we enjoy what we do, and no two days are the same.
Our Programme currently operates:
After school care programme 1.30pm – 6.00pm
We are seeking a permanent Programme Assistant to be available:
To work over the term period and Holiday programme period.
You must be:
Reliable
Motivated
Fun-Loving
Have a genuine interest in the care of children & enjoy working with children
Have confidence and be prepared to drive a van full of children
Willing to learn - On the job training will be provided.
Must have a Full license.
As this is a Core Worker role as described under the Vulnerable Children's Act, all employees must complete a mandatory Police Vetting check.
